Cleaning fee: $75/stay

Additional fee: $25/person/night for each person over our max of 4 people.

Montana State Bed Tax: 8% added to your lodging booking.

Damage protection: $79/booking or $300 damage deposit
Booking Procedure & Cancelation Policy
Payment Policy:
In order to hold your reservation, we must receive the signed rental contract within 24 hours of booking. Credit card must be on file within 7 days of booking. Card will be charged for full amount of stay one week prior to check-in.
Cancelation Policy:
If canceled within 30 days of arrival, 50% of rental costs will be charged.
If canceled within 7 days arrival, there is no refund, you will be charged for the full amount.
