Additional Fees:

Cleaning fee: $75/stay

Additional fee: $25/person/night for each person over our max of 4 people.

Montana State Bed Tax: 8% added to your lodging booking.

Damage protection: $79/booking or $300 damage deposit.

*Note* The $300 damage deposit goes directly to Jardine Retreat and is refundable. The $79 damage protection plan goes to a third party insurance company and is not refundable.

Booking is also available through AirBnb & VRBO, but be prepared to pay the extra fees that these third party booking companies charge, should you choose that form of booking. If you book here at JardineRetreat.com through our secure Vacation Rental Desk software, you only pay the fees listed above.
Booking Procedure & Cancelation Policy
Payment Policy:
In order to hold your reservation, we must receive the signed rental contract within 24 hours of booking. Credit card must be on file within 7 days of booking. Card will be charged for full amount of stay one week prior to check-in.
Cancelation Policy:
If canceled within 30 days of arrival, 50% of rental costs will be charged.
If canceled within 7 days arrival, there is no refund, you will be charged for the full amount.
